PowerBI Account Usage
The use of PowerBI accounts is restricted to verified users only. These accounts may only be used in relation to activities posted on novyPro’s website. Misuse of PowerBI accounts or use by unverified users may lead to account suspension or termination.
Aggregated Data
We may also use your personal information to generate Aggregated Data for internal use and for sharing with others on a selective basis. “Aggregated Data” means records that have been stripped of information potentially identifying users and which have been manipulated or combined to provide generalized, anonymous information. Your identity and personal information will be kept anonymous in Aggregated Data.

novyPro may disclose your personal information to a third party for business purposes. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.
The verifiable consumer request must:
Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person we collected personal information on.
Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable request does not require you to create an account with us.

We endeavor to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. Once this information is no longer necessary for the provision of our Services, we take measures to prevent access or use of this information for purposes other than security, fraud prevention, and detection. In any case, we do not take legal responsibility for any unwanted access or any hacking activity by third parties. The data is stored exclusively in electronic and non-paper formats. Stripe Identity Verification
As part of our verification process, we use Stripe Identity as our identity verification processor. Please be assured that any details you or your users share during the verification process will be treated as strictly confidential. We take privacy and security extremely seriously. We retrieve three elements of information from Stripe, which are usually publicly available: your first name, last name, selfie image taken during the verification process, and your ID issuing country. This information helps us create a better user experience and ensure the authenticity of the user and the platform as a whole.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do so, we will send an email to users subscribed to novyPro's communication list. We will also add a site banner alerting users who may not be subscribed. c) Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights
To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by emailing us at info@novypro.com. Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.
The verifiable consumer request must:
Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person we collected personal information on.
Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable request does not require you to create an account with us.
d) Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to you by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. If applicable, we will also provide reasons we cannot comply with your request. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to a verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or unfounded. If we determine a fee is warranted, we will provide you with an estimate before completing your request.
e) Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights
If you are 16 years of age or older, you have the right to direct us not to sell your personal information (the “right to opt-out”). Stripe Identity Verification
As part of our verification process, we use Stripe Identity as our identity verification processor. Please be assured that any details you or your users share during the verification process will be treated as strictly confidential. We take privacy and security extremely seriously. We retrieve three elements of information from Stripe, which are usually publicly available: your first name, last name, selfie image taken during the verification process, and your ID issuing country. This information helps us create a better user experience and ensure the authenticity of the user and the platform as a whole.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do so, we will send an email to users subscribed to novyPro's communication list. We will also add a site banner alerting users who may not be subscribed.
